Resources

Here I share some of the resources that have been helpful for me on my journey.

Simply Always Awake

Without a doubt, Angelo DiLullo the most influential non-duality speaker for me. He points so clearly and directly, and cuts through so many delusions with ease, gracefulness, and love. He has a remarkable amount of content covering many aspects of awakening, wrote a wonderful book called “Awake: It’s Your Turn”, created a free meditation app, and hosts online and in-person retreats multiple times per year.

Shar Jason

Shar is the real deal. I find her style very potent and highly recommend her teachings.

Sarah Blondin

Sarah Blondin’s writing is so full of heart and love and she speaks the truth in her own words beautifully. Her book “Heart Minded” is wonderful. For those who have ignored their heart like I have, this may just be the book that sets you free. Come home, dear one.

The Awakening Cirriculum

Todd & Pernille Lent Damore’s Awakening Curriculum and Unfettered Mindfulness YouTube channels are incredible resources for deconstructing the self illusion. If you follow their curriculum, no stone will be left unturned. They also have a vibrant Discord community.

Adyashanti

Adya is such a gem. He has a way of being graceful while getting straight to the heart of the matter. He taught spirituality for decades and has written many books, all of which I recommend. Notable books being “Falling Into Grace”, “Emptiness Dancing” and “The End of Your World”.

Rupert Spira

Spira has a particular style that may not resonate with everyone, but I find that him quite clear.

Eckhart Tolle

Tolle is a great entry point for many on the spiritual path, and both The Power of Now and A New Earth are very accessible books for pointing us back toward our true nature.

John Astin

John has written many books, hosts a free weekly Zoom meeting, and has a YouTube channel full of his talks. He’s also featured in the Waking Up app. I credit John for pulling me out of a very dark place filled with doubt and uncertainty, and finally “finding” what was always and already here.

Peter Brown

I love Peter’s style. He’s direct, clear, and undercuts all delusions. He’s written a few books but most of his work was done through meetings during his life. Check out this YouTube playlist to get you started.

Sailor Bob Adamson

What is wrong with right now, if you don’t think about it?

John Wheeler

John was a disciple of Sailor Bob and has many books that are worthwhile. I find his style to be one dimensional, and it’s easy to get stuck if he is your only guide. However, his style cuts directly through a lot of bullshit and targets the source.

This interview on YouTube between John and Charlie Hayes is a great entry point.

His books are freely available on his website.
